A post sign will be installed within 2 days (except for condominiums).
Window display at RE/MAX 2000 (Panorama) office exposing your home to numerous buyers.
Brochure Box attached to sign post. Potential Purchasers can immediately obtain information on your home (i.e. Price, Special Features, Bedrooms, Lot Size, Upgrades etc.)
Full Colour Highlight sheets on your home’s features and benefits will be prepared and left in your home for potential buyers.

She will obtain a Title search, measure your home, verify zoning, lot size, encumbrances, etc.
She will coordinate appointments to view the property and keep track of Agents showing your home.
